Job Description
AAA Service LLC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Client Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional support to clients while ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. This role is responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating service requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the successful delivery of company services.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to build positive client relationships in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor client accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and service activities as needed.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other client communications professionally and promptly.
Track service requests and provide regular status updates to clients.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and client-related documentation.
Resolve routine client concerns by identifying appropriate solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.
Support operational initiatives and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, account coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
