At ImageMaster, we assemble and distribute official statements for municipal bond offerings. All document specialists are cross-trained in document preparation, editing, website integration and creating print ready files. This position is unique and we offer specialized training for our proprietary software along with learning all aspects of the job from start to finish. Our team comes from a wide variety of industries such as education, theatre, graphic design and finance; no industry specific experience is required. The hours for this position will be 1:30pm - 10:00pm Eastern Time. Overtime is required during busy periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compiling and formatting electronic files for review and distribution
• Posting documents on our proprietary website MuniOS.com
• Collaborating with attorney and co-workers to make sure finished product meets client and company standards
• Answering and routing incoming calls
• Facilitating, moderating, and recording Electronic Investor Presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
