We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chimney Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining chimneys and venting systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
We service dryers vents.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of chimneys, flues, and venting systems using technical drawings and schematics.
- Perform chimney cleaning, including removing soot buildup and blockages with specialized tools.
- Repair or replace damaged chimney components such as liners, caps, bricks, or mortar work to restore structural integrity.
- Install new chimney systems or upgrade existing ones in accordance with blueprint specifications and safety regulations.
- Interpret construction plans and schematics to accurately assess project scope and execute tasks efficiently.
- Use hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely during installation or repair processes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols on all job sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating, masonry (including stone masonry), rebar installation, or related trades.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical drawing analysis.
- Hands-on experience with concrete finishing, concrete masonry work, tile laying, stucco application, and plastering.
- Familiarity with building material installation such as bricklaying, metal stud framing, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, caulking, and restoration projects.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Construction site experience with a focus on renovation projects or new installations involving masonry or chimney systems.
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to construction work environments.
- Strong communication skills for interpreting technical drawings and working collaboratively with team members.
- Valid certifications in relevant trades are preferred but are mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. We will offer training and certification.
