BENEFITS:

• 70% of Line Haul, 100% Fuel Surcharge: Our lanes are all quoted roundtrip, so you are compensated for all of your running miles. In addition to your Line Haul percentage, you will receive 100% of the Fuel Surcharge.
• Steady Work & Paid Demurrage: Being in the business since 1989 has allowed us to establish a diversified group of customers that allow us to offer a steady workload to all of our drivers year-round. Weekly home-time is available. Being in the Hazardous Waste Transportation Industry, our drivers can expect to run lanes for a core group of customers and encounter minimal time at large warehouse facilities. The majority of our work is drop & hook, or customer load/unload. That being said, we do encounter occasional customer delays and have demurrage rates built into customer contracts.
• Orientation & Training: Orientations are held at the Neier terminal in Indianapolis, IN. During this time, you will sign your Independent Contractor Agreement. We offer individual orientations to allow for a more personalized approach and a better assessment of each driver's individual skill set. We understand that you are experienced professionals; our goal is to have you on the road, running solo, as safely and quickly as possible. Most of our experienced Owner/Operators can anticipate running solo within a week. During your training period you are not team driving, you will be dispatched on out and back runs. You will generate revenue during your on-the-road training period.
• Fuel Purchasing: Owner/Operators can utilize the fuel island here at the Neier terminal in Indianapolis, IN. They can also take advantage of our discounted buying power at TA & Petro locations throughout the United States.
• GeoTab ELD Systems: We will provide your GeoTab ELD. Our shop will work with you throughout the installation process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Years Verifiable Class A CDL Truck Driving Experience
• Class A CDL with Tanker & Hazmat Endorsements
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must be able to meet all insurance requirements and carry policies as outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
• Truck must pass an inspection by Neier, Inc. prior to being accepted into the fleet.
