Position Summary:
Premier Wireless Business Technology Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This role serves as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Procurement, Implementation, and vendor partners, helping ensure customer quotes, proposals, and sales activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for preparing customer quotes and proposals, coordinating vendor pricing and information, processing deal registrations, maintaining CRM records, and providing administrative support throughout the sales process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and helping others succeed through organization, communication, and attention to detail.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Quote Administration
- Coordinate incoming quote and proposal requests from the sales team.
- Gather vendor pricing, product information, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare accurate customer quotes, proposals, and supporting sales documentation using established pricing guidelines.
- Track quote requests and communicate status updates to the sales team.
- Escalate issues that may impact customer deadlines or quote turnaround times.
- Review completed proposals for accuracy and completeness before delivery.
Vendor & Program Administration
- Submit and manage deal registrations with T-Mobile and other strategic vendor partners.
- Track deal registration approvals, expiration dates, and renewal requirements.
- Coordinate with vendor representatives regarding pricing, promotions, and product availability.
- Assist with vendor documentation and program requirements.
CRM & Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales information within the company's CRM system.
- Update product catalogs, pricing resources, and sales documentation.
- Help ensure CRM records remain accurate, complete, and current.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to the sales organization.
Process & Team Support
- Maintain sales process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with documenting best practices and updating internal resources.
- Follow up with internal departments and vendor partners to obtain information needed to complete customer requests.
- Support special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned.
Customer & Internal Support
- Provide professional, responsive support to internal and external customers.
- Assist with product registrations, renewals, and other administrative activities.
- Stay informed on company products, vendor programs, and available solutions.
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in sales administration, sales support, order management, customer service, procurement, or a related role.
- Experience supporting a B2B sales organization is required.
- Experience using CRM software to manage customer and sales information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in technology, telecommunications, distribution, manufacturing, or a similar B2B industry is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
