The Investment Center (IC) Support Associate is responsible for supporting Investor relationships and Investor Relations Representatives. The Associate assists with onboarding of new and existing Investors by critically reviewing prepared documentation and tracking exceptions. He/she monitors client activity and prepares reports.
The IC Support Associate also ensures the timely processing of the input and output of data to maintain accuracy of daily work. The position ensures the integrity of systems and data by monitoring, completing data/image backups, and balances batches. The Associate performs various clerical functions of systems, procedures, Live checks, and operations.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Executes Investment Center Clerical Responsibilities
- Perform critical and detailed review of new and existing account documentation
- Ensure documents and system data are aligned
- Record and maintain tracking exceptions
- Provides back-up to IC Director as needed
- Address the needs of visitors and Investors
- Maintains, updates, and maintains weekly rate sheets
- Serves as back-up for the custodian bank reporting and switchboard
- Scans and indexes documents
Maintains Financial and Regulatory Control
- Responsible for the daily operations of Data Center work
- Confirms accuracy of IC deposits to pass through bank
- Maintains check logs
- Conduct file maintenance and research of checks
- Assist in the set-up and updating of Disaster Recovery system
- Perform OFAC searches on individuals, businesses, and entities
Creates Exceptional Customer Experience
- Ensures customer confidentiality and private information is maintained
- Serves as back-up to monthly customer birthday report
- Respond to customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner as established by department
- Build internal and external relationships
Education, Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comprehend and verbally communicate all Investment services
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and social and business settings
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Team focus
- Basic understanding with MS Office Suite products with a concentration in accurate keyboarding
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to meet current licensing requirements of federal and state regulators as required

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00
