Responsibilities

• Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, and supporting interview scheduling and coordination.
• Contribute to employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive onboarding experiences.
• Participate in project management activities related to HR initiatives such as benefits administration, policy administration, and engagement planning.
• Help maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy, perform data entry tasks, and generate reports using Excel data analysis tools.
• Aid in regulatory compliance management by reviewing employment & labor law documentation and assisting with HR legal compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with team members on training & development programs, organization design projects, and workforce management strategies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in human resources management, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as UltiPro, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data collection and presentation purposes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior administrative experience or exposure to HR department functions is a plus.
