Are you interested in working with a Home Care Agency? Are you looking for a PRN position in and around the Richmond area? Please Come join our team! Always Best Care is searching for registered nurses who can provide nursing services to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities -

Prior to start of care assess the needs of each client and specify services that shall be delivered based on a written plan developed in collaboration with the client and client’s family (Plan of Care).

Develop a written plan of service to be delivered for each client and then supervising the delivery of the services by Home Attendants through review of client records and client supervisory visits

Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly

Accountable for maintaining good communication and interpersonal relations with employer’s clients and families.

Review client’s record and visit with client as necessary to assure compliance with the Plan of Care such reviews not to be done at intervals greater than 90 days

Accountable for maintaining a good record of attendance and punctuality

Requirements –

Shall speak, read, and write English and be a Registered Nurse holding valid license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia

Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine

Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel

Expect to do 2 visits per week

Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance

Familiar with and comfortable working on computers, especially Microsoft.

Possess good phone skills.

Ability to manage, coordinate and perform multiple tasks.

Understand basis of home health care system.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
