Ensure program compliance of service delivery to clients. Provide support and instruction to Community Living employees to ensure that clients are properly supported.
This position works under the guidance of State and Federal laws and regulations, Community Living policies, regulations, and procedures. This position also requires collaboration with the client, parent and/or guardian, DDA, RCS, APS, Community Living employees, and other interested parties to ensure an overall, comprehensive team approach to providing support services.

Work is most often performed in an office environment (95%), with a noise level that is typical of an office setting; work will also be completed onsite, such as client homes (5%). The Branch Director may have frequent interruptions throughout the workday. This position has a high level of contact with staff, clients, and their families.
