What you bring to the table:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience to meet managerial expectations
• Proven leadership with proposal activities and new business strategies
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit confidence and professional diplomacy, while effectively relating to people at all levels internally and externally
• The ability to manage Manage cost, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements to ensure performance in support of the contract milestones of the system technical requirements
• Identifies when issues need to be escalated and alert appropriate staff within the organization and programs
• Ability to use proposal plans and strategies to implement executable, cohesive program plans
• Experience identifying issues, tracking progress, and following through with effective corrective actions plan
• Exeperience managing programs using program schedules, earned value, risks, slack time, and critical path
• Ability to quickly assess a situation and make sound, proactive decisions
• Experience developing supplier relationships with a focus on new business within the market/program
