Clinician-Therapist-Social Worker -

• Facilitates group and individual sessions with clients.
• Meets with clients to obtain personal information and treatment histories.
• Design a program of treatment tailored to the patient's individual situation.
• Collects information about clients through interviews, observations, and tests. Prepares and maintains treatment records and reports.
• Evaluates clients’ physical or mental condition based on review of client information. Develops and implements treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
• Provides marital and family counseling, including relationship, premarital, separation, divorce, and child counseling services. Uses a combination of individual and group counseling sessions to help clients.
• Maintains case histories and progress reports. Modifies treatment programs based on observation.
• Assists patients with coping with family problems and recommends appropriate social services as support for the entire family unit.
• Guides clients in the development of skills and strategies to deal with their problems. Encourages clients to express their feelings and to discuss what is happening in their lives and helps them develop insight into themselves and their relationships.
• Acts as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
• Diagnoses and applies appropriate treatments for psychological disorders.
• Identifies and provides appropriate psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and/or the entire family.
• Collaborates with clients to develop post-treatment activity plans.
• Refers clients to specialists for further treatment as appropriate.
• Develops and maintains accurate records regarding case progress, evaluations, and any further treatment recommendations.
• Maintains confidentiality of records relating to clients’ treatment.
• Drafts and submits necessary paperwork to insurance companies.
• Maintains compliance with ethical codes and standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have experience in crisis intervention, PTSD care, social work, diagnostic evaluation, clinical counseling, data collection, behavioral therapy, and behavior management. Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
