Position Overview

Dr. Clean Laundry is seeking a welcoming, dynamic, reliable, hands-on, and collaborative Team Lead to support and lead day-to-day laundromat operations, assist team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a key partner to the company’s CEO and is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily laundromat operations to ensure machines, facility, and workflow run smoothly
• Supervise, schedule, and support team members, providing guidance and on-the-job training
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with machines, payment systems, and services
• Build strong relationships with customers and help create a loyal, returning customer base
• Support and oversee wash-dry-fold (WDF) services to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion
• Process WDF orders, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry in accordance with the company’s SOP
• Ensure timely completion of all periodical cleaning tasks in accordance with the company’s SOP
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply needs
• Handle basic cash responsibilities, including transactions and reconciliation
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, customer experience, and overall business performance

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in laundromat, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Clear communication, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
