We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Duties

• Coordinate and oversee multiple HR projects, including talent acquisition campaigns, onboarding processes, and employee development programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables ensuring timely execution.
• Manage candidate sourcing through various channels such as social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, and networking events.
• Support full cycle recruiting efforts by conducting interviews, screening candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Assist in conducting employee orientation sessions, performance evaluations, and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and HR legal requirements.
• Maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and manage high-volume recruitment efforts efficiently.
• Conduct research on industry best practices to improve recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
• Support training & development programs, succession planning activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources or talent acquisition roles with a focus on full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate sourcing across diverse industries.
• Familiarity with HR legal compliance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Prior experience in high volume recruitment environments or campus recruitment initiatives is advantageous.
• Knowledge of social media marketing (recruitment), research techniques for candidate sourcing, cold calling skills for outreach efforts, and training & development activities.
