What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative / Project Manager, you'll guide customers through every stage of the roofing process—from the initial inspection to the final quality walkthrough.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate residential and commercial roofing opportunities through referrals, networking, canvassing, and self-generated leads.
• Perform professional roof inspections.
• Identify storm, hail, wind, and age-related roof damage.
• Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing systems and available solutions.
• Prepare estimates and present roofing proposals.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding communication and service.
• Manage roofing projects from signed contract through completion.
• Coordinate schedules with crews, suppliers, and customers.
• Conduct final quality inspections and customer walkthroughs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using company software.
• Represent Project One® Roofing professionally at all times.

Compensation: Commission Only

Your income is determined entirely by your performance—and there is no earning cap.

Sales Representative

• Earn 10% of net job profit on every project you sell.

Project Manager

• Earn 40% of net job profit on every project you successfully manage from contract signing through final completion.

Net job profit is calculated after all direct job expenses and a standard 10% company overhead allocation have been deducted.

Commissions are paid after:

• Project completion
• Customer payment is received
• All job costs have been finalized

Earning Potential

QualificationsRequired

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong work ethic and accountability

Preferred

• Roofing experience
• Construction experience
• Outside sales experience
• Insurance restoration knowledge
• Customer service background
