Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HCM Project Manager to lead the project management effort for the Human Capital Management (HCM) Modernization initiative. This is a highly visible, executive-facing role requiring a seasoned professional who can manage complex technology programs, coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups, and drive delivery in a structured government environment. The ideal candidate brings deep HCM implementation experience, strong vendor management capabilities, and the executive presence to work directly with senior county leadership at the C-suite level.

$80 - $90 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
