Overview
Client centered role supporting field operations, sales, and billing. The Waste Disposal Coordinator will work in both team-setting and independently to ensure customer needs are met while maintaining compliance and safety with the rules and regulations of DOT, RCRA, and each partner disposal facility. Will also work closely with operations to make scheduling as efficient as possible for the company.

Duties

· Communicate with customers and disposal outlets regarding waste shipments.

· Product quotes, schedule shipments, follow up with invoicing

· Assist with project bid and proposal generation.

· Support project management team with project related waste streams.

· Create waste manifests and bills of lading.

· Create customer invoices.

· Track, monitor and reconcile billing activity.

· Work as a business partner with Accounting and Operations to resolve client issues.

· Managing reports, filing and correspondence with regulatory agencies such as EPA/ MA DEP.

· Maintain a working knowledge of the hazardous waste transporter permits and our environmental compliance requirements.

-Printing and managing waste manifests.

· Updating and implementing customer pricing, fees and profile activity.

· Assist with Accounts Receivables.

· Other duties as assigned, such as projects, reports, customer account reviews, etc.

Qualifications

· Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

· 3+ years experience with waste characterization and interpretation of analytical data.

· Knowledge and understanding of RCRA, DOT, and state regulations surrounding transportation and disposal of waste.

· Strong communication skills both internally and externally.

· An ability to understand and consider the perspectives of different internal business units to help solve problems. This includes regulatory, operations, safety, and financial perspectives.

· Accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Waste characterization: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hazardous waste disposal: 1 year (Preferred)
