As an Operational Strategy & Innovation Trainee with Ohioans Home Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting high-impact initiatives that drive efficiency, compliance, and organizational growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, working directly with leadership on projects that shape how we deliver care across our organization.

You will support core functions within Operational Strategy & Innovation team, including policy and procedure management, compliance readiness, and coordination of key leadership and quality meetings.
