About Us

The Concrete Protector is a division of Incredible Products, LLC - a manufacturer and distributor of concrete coating systems, equipment, and training programs for flooring contractors across the United States. Our brands include The Concrete Protector, Warrior Equipment, Sanitred, and Scientific Concrete Polishing.

We work directly with contractors - teaching them the trade, equipping them with proven products, and supporting them as they grow. We're not a big-box supplier. Your success is our success.

The Role

This is a relationship-driven sales position. You'll find flooring contractors who are interested in the concrete coatings industry, introduce them to our training and product systems, and stay with them through their first months in the business.

Every lead has already raised their hand - through a trade show, product inquiry, or online request. You're following up on real interest, not cold-calling strangers. You'll guide contractors from first conversation through their first successful jobs.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with contractors who have expressed interest via calls, emails, texts, and social media.
• Have real conversations with business owners to understand their goals and whether our training is the right fit.
• Get qualified contractors registered and committed to our Expert Training program - which is free to attend.
• Stay engaged after training to help contractors land their first projects and place their first product orders.
• Keep detailed, accurate records in HubSpot so the entire support team stays informed.
• When a contractor is up and running, transition them to our Client Success team - then re-engage when they're ready to expand or upgrade.
• Manage a pipeline of 30-50+ active prospects with discipline and follow-through.

Career Path and Compensation

This role has a published 3-level career path with clear advancement criteria - no guessing how to get promoted.

- Level 1 - Apprentice: Find contractors, fill training classes | Base: $16.00-$18.50/hr | On-Target Earnings: ~$42K-$46K

- Level 2 - Closer: Find + develop contractors through first revenue | Base: $20.00-$22.50/hr | On-Target Earnings: ~$105K-$127K

- Level 3 - Expert: Same as Closer, higher performance rates | Base: $24.00-$26.50/hr | On-Target Earnings: ~$142K-$161K

Variable pay includes a Revenue Performance Bonus on contractor product revenue, trailing commissions on ongoing orders, distribution commissions, re-engagement commissions, and quarterly conversion bonuses. The more your contractors succeed, the more you earn.

What Success Looks Like

• Contractors who actually buy products and do jobs after training — not just people who attended a class.
• A disciplined pipeline with clean, accurate CRM records.
• Repeat business. The contractors you develop today become long-term customers who reorder, upgrade, and refer others.

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred — we'll train you if needed).
• Strong communication skills: phone, email, and in-person.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects at different stages simultaneously.
• Reliable transportation; periodic travel to training events required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. No college degree required.

Schedule & Location

• Lima, Ohio — onsite. This is not a remote position.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday. Occasional evening or weekend calls as needed.
• Periodic travel to Expert Training events.

Pay: $16.00 - $26.50 per hour
