Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Project Management (MPM) Specialist to support new product development and production planning. This role works closely with customers, engineering, and production teams to coordinate projects from quotation through production. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required—we provide training for candidates with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) pricing and product quotations.
• Monitor project and order status, coordinating communication between customers and internal departments to help ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Organize, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Assist with creating and revising 2D CAD drawings for manufacturing and production.
• Convert 3D product models into 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Assemble first article or prototype samples and assist with functional testing to verify product quality and design requirements.
• Support engineering change documentation and production planning activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and sales teams to help ensure successful project execution.
• Assist with other project coordination and manufacturing support tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Preferred Qualification

The following experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, engineering, or warehouse environment.
• Experience with BOM management, product quotations, cost estimation, or production planning.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience using CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), prototype builds, or manufacturing projects.
• Knowledge of project coordination or cross-functional team collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
