OBJECTIVES

• Generate and close residential and commercial roofing deals
• Perform roof inspections and document findings
• Present high-value proposals to homeowners and business owners
• Educate customers on insurance claim and installation processes
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage your leads, pipeline, and client relationships
• Represent QCA Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and speed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of sales experience (roofing/construction required)
• Proven success in closing deals and meeting targets
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs
• Valid driver’s license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders or scaffolding for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs of materials or equipment
• Travel to client sites and perform inspections in all weather conditions
