DevOps Roles Must:
5 to 10+ years of experience in DevOps
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Document infrastructure configurations and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.
Preferred Experience & Requirements:
Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge on Environment Management and co-ordination
Knowledge of networking and security
Core Responsibilities:
Own and evolve core DevOps platforms and enablement capabilities within the supported domain, aligned with enterprise standards and guardrails.
Design scalable, reusable CI/CD and infrastructure patterns and drive their adoption within the supported domain while aligning with enterprise guardrails and standards.
Ability to drive concept to plan to execute on ADO pipelines over to GitHub action. Assist with identifying risks, issues with mitigation plans to move to Actions.
Lead complex, cross-team initiatives that improve developer productivity and reliability.
Own and evolve Kubernetes-based delivery and deployment platforms used by multiple teams.
Lead improvements to the reliability, scalability, and security of container orchestration platforms.
Define and promote scalable Git and repository governance patterns that balance team autonomy with quality and compliance.
Make informed trade-off decisions balancing speed, security, compliance, and scalability.
Drive consistency in DevOps practices while allowing proper flexibility for teams.
Partner with Security, Architecture, and Platform leaders to shape DevOps strategy.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior DevOps Engineers, raising the overall engineering bar.
Help define, promote, and enable responsible use of AI-assisted tooling within DevOps practices, including guardrails, patterns, and coaching.
Lead incident reviews and drive systemic improvements from operational learnings.
Lead release readiness practices and post-release reviews, driving systemic improvements from operational learnings.
Influence tooling decisions, platform direction, and long-term automation strategy.
Represent DevOps perspectives in enterprise-level discussions and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
Proven experience designing DevOps platforms or shared services at scale.
Deep understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms, automation, and reliability engineering. Git and GitHub actions experience is critical in current environment
Strong architectural judgment and ability to assess long-term impacts of decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence across teams & orgs.
Demonstrated experience leading platform or enablement initiatives that support multiple organizations or products.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong delivery of tool design and solutions via multiple work management models (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban strategies)
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
