Veterinarian (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Urgent Care

We work cases up properly. High quality medicine is expected. We also understand reality. You’ll practice spectrum-of-care medicine; meeting clients where they are without compromising your standards.

You will see a variety of patients needing your help:

• Sick pets that can’t wait
• Trauma
• New puppy and kitten visits
• The occasional “what is that?”

We’re open 7 days a week, 10am–7pm. No overnights. No on-call .

Full-time is just 3 days per week (30 hours). We also have a place for a part-time doctor (1-2 shifts / 10-20 hours a week).

We have all the bells and whistles:

• Full in-house IDEXX lab - CBC, Invue, Chem, Lytes, QPL, bnp, Coags, lepto snap, 4dx, felv/fiv, +
• I-stat (Zoetis) - 3 drops blood gives your HCT, BUN, Creat, lytes
• Imagyst - 3 hours turn around time for FNA and fluid cytology, plus instant AI mass
• Ultrasound + digital radiology with automatic stat radiology reads (less than 1 hour)
• Cubex controlled drug system
• Surgery if you want it (not required)
• Doctors who LOVE discussing cases
• A boarded surgeon for inhouse orthopedic
• Strong local ER/specialty referral support
• Fully staffed shifts (3-4 TECHS per Doctor)

• $150,000 base + monthly production (no negative accrual)
• Most earn over $250k annually (at 30 hours a week).

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years experience (GP, ER, or urgent care)
• You can move fast and think clearly
• You communicate like a normal human
• You show up for your team

(Not for new grads. You won’t enjoy it, and we won’t either.)

Schedule:

• Full-time: 3 days/week (30 hours/week)
• Part-time: 1-2 days/week (10-20 hours/week)
• Rotating weekends
