Quality Control Supervisor

The Outdoor Group is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to help ensure the quality of our products while providing day-to-day leadership within our Quality department. We're looking for an experienced quality professional who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, collaborates with others, and is always looking for better ways to get the job done.

This is a working supervisor role where you'll inspect parts, investigate quality concerns, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Investigate quality issues and help identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Create and communicate Quality Alerts.
• Train and coach team members on quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the Quality team.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Perform First Article Inspections, audits, and other quality documentation as needed.
• Help drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
• Lead by example while fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Five or more years of manufacturing quality control or quality assurance experience, including experience leading, training, or mentoring others.
• Experience using Keyence inspection equipment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships throughout the organization.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Associate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Why Join The Outdoor Group?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
