Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist - Accounting Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting and HR functions with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

• Managing human capital management systems to ensure accurate data entry, updates, and reporting.
• Support payroll processing using ADP, verifying employee hours, benefits deductions, and wage calculations, etc.
• Coordinate employee onboarding to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization’s culture and policies.
• Contribute to talent acquisition efforts.
• Support benefits administration and benefits enrollment.
• Assist with accounts receivable, oversite of credit card purchases and accounts payable of company credit cards.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and employee relations practices.
• Familiarity with payroll systems, with experience in benefits administration and data collection activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A background in employment & labor law compliance and HR analytics will be advantageous for success in this role.
• A background in general cost accounting would be advantageous.
