Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions and cash handling accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace.
• Handle cash register operations efficiently, including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or café experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Retail store experience or grocery store background is advantageous but not required
