We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience at a mid-level to Senior Level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship.
Responsibilities
-Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15M - $40M+ annually
- Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project
- Communicate with clients, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
-Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control
- Plan and coordinate construction activities
- Evaluate risk
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or at least 5+ recent years commercial general construction experience.
- Ground up experience of projects from minimum $15M or more
- Knowledge of RDA Sub Contractors
- Public and private client experience
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts
- Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel a plus
- Experience with multiple delivery methods
