We are currently seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team and contribute to our patients' well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized sterilization room
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
• Order and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies
• Assist dental assistants and hygienists with preparation of instruments and materials for dental procedures
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
• Continuously improve sterilization processes to enhance efficiency and patient care

Job Requirements:

• No experience or education required, all training provided by myDental
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to teamwork and providing exceptional patient care
• Familiarity with basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time
