Duties

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in procedures
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon management software, ensuring efficient calendar organization
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate records of client information, treatment history, and payment transactions
• Process payments and issue receipts promptly while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to support daily operations

Skills

• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse clientele. Knowing Vietnamese is a plus.
• Strong office management skills and general computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication and support
• Experience handling front desk responsibilities, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
• Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Personal assistant or office experience that demonstrates reliability and multitasking capabilities
