We are looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Recruiter to help us grow our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting both sales closers and appointment setters by sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview sales closer applicants through Indeed.
• Create and post job ads in Facebook job groups to recruit appointment setters.
• Actively source candidates using Indeed, Facebook, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct virtual recruiting webinars for prospective closers and appointment setters.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline and track candidate progress.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with management to ensure hiring goals are met each week.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and hosting virtual webinars.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Outgoing, positive personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable using Indeed, Facebook, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other online recruiting tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
