What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually to understand their needs.
• Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options.
• Help clients choose solutions that fit their goals.
• Follow up with prospective clients and provide outstanding service.
• Participate in coaching, training, and personal development.
• Manage your own schedule while working toward production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Insurance license is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates will receive guidance through the licensing process.

Compensation

This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity. Income is based on production rather than an hourly wage. Many advisors begin part-time while learning the business and increase their income as their skills and client base grow.
