What You'll Do:
As a Senior Associate on OCC’s Organizational Development (OD) team, you will apply your excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills to support learning and development and career-growth programs across the organization. This role will be responsible for utilizing best practices while developing, delivering, and maintaining learning and development programs, and ensuring that participant completion and timelines are met. This individual will work closely with the OD team to deliver assigned learning programs and support tracking of program outcomes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Partner with OD team and functional SMEs to develop and deliver learning (in person, e-learning modules, content curation).
Facilitate training in person and/or online.
Responsible for training logistics for assigned projects including preparation, maintenance, and distribution of training materials.
Support the development of OD and L&D programs, including stakeholder communications, roll-out logistics, enrollment tracking and completion reporting.
Conduct administration tasks within learning management system (LMS).
Coordinate the master training schedule and reservation of facilities for training programs and events.
Communicate with managers, supervisors and employees on how to analyze training needs and career growth goals and recommend learning and development activities.
Support OD outreach and employee requests related to OD.
Support training vendor relationships, procurement process, tracking spend and reporting.
Partner with OD team members and project leads on assigned deliverables. Support other ad-hoc projects and requests to develop talent at OCC

Technical Skills:
[Required] Proficient with Microsoft Office
[Preferred] HRIS experience (Workday)

Education and/or Experience:
[Required] BA degree in Education, Training, HR, OD or related field required
[Required] 3+ years of progressive learning and development or instructional design experience preferred
Certificates or Licenses:
[Preferred] Certifications in instructional design, facilitation and presentation, E-Learning development, etc.

Salary Range
$73,700.00 - $94,000.00Incentive Range
6% to 10%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
