Overview
We’re seeking an experienced HSE Professional to lead our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong oilfield experience, the ability to train and mentor, and the skills to drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and job site visits.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Track safety KPIs, analyze trends, and develop action plans for improvement.
• Provide safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and client safety requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Keep reporting programs in compliance through Veriforce One, ISNetworld, etc.
• Serve as the primary safety contact for regulatory agencies, clients, and field crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry (upstream preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and industry-specific safety standards.
• Proven ability to investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Relevant safety certifications (CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
