Job Summary

Employer is looking to fill 320 Harvest Picker positions. This is a temporary, full-time, seasonal position 8/6/2026 to 9/12/2026 in Talent, Medford, Grants Pass, Central Point, Phoenix, and Ashland, OR.

Employer Note: No minimum education required. Daily transportation to and between worksites provided at no cost to workers living in employer- provided housing. Housing provided to those unable to return to their permanent residence at the end of the workday. Employer provides all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. All work sites and all facilities of the employer are drug-free workplaces.

Job Duties: Harvest pears grown in orchards located in Jackson and Josephine County, Oregon. General orchard labor includes, but is not limited to harvesting fruit, fruit stripping, and fruit thinning. Follow company policies and procedures including adherence to safe work practices. Proficient and safe use of a 10-ft orchard ladder weighing up to 50 lbs. Expected to meet reasonable production and quality standards, as specified by Employer during training at the commencement of employment. Harvest standards will be determined on an orchard-by-orchard basis, taking into account seasonal factors such as crop load, fruit quality, and fruit size. Historical average production rates range between approximately 9 and 10 bushels per hour. The specific production standard for each orchard will be clearly communicated prior to the start of work. Workers will be paid overtime for hours worked over 40 per week. Start and end times may vary by approximately 30 minutes. - Maneuver up to 50 lbs

HOURS: 48 hours per week, Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

WAGES: $16.75 per hour paid biweekly
