We are seeking a Technical Modeler / BIM Designer to join both our Atlanta and Hartford teams.

The qualified candidate must have an Associate’s degree, at minimum, in the Construction / Engineering
field (two to three years of work experience is required if the degree is outside of Structural/Civil
Engineering or Architecture), demonstrate strong communication, interest and knowledge of BIM
technologies, and an understanding of how buildings come together.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participation in our Talent Development Program.
• Create 3-D models for use in documentation.
• Document and annotate 2-D plans, sections, and details generated from 3-D models.
• Coordinate models and workflow between members of the design team.
• Contribute to project-specific QA/QC efforts.
• Work as a member of BIM and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to the company culture and Core Principles.
• Support project teams in creating high-level projects.

As well as being a team player driven for improvement who takes ownership of their experience, the
candidate should have:

• Minimum of Associate’s degree in relevant Construction/Engineering related field (CAD or Drafting

• If the candidate’s degree is outside of Structural/Civil Engineering or Architecture, a minimum of 2-3

• Goal-Oriented and driven to improve.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Revit required.
• Knowledge and experience in parametric modeling and visual programming are preferred but not
