As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for transporting products from our warehouse to customer locations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your role is vital in creating memorable customer experiences while adhering to safety standards and delivery protocols. Duties

• Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and <PERSON> drivers, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety guidelines
• Load, unload, and secure furniture and other large items using manual handling techniques, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while maintaining safety on the road
• Assist customers with product placement inside their homes, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professionalism
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
• Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items to prevent injury and damage
• Complete all necessary documentation for deliveries, including delivery logs, incident reports, and route sheets

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with heavy lifting and manual handling practices
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent with a clean driving record; experience with box trucks or <PERSON> drivers preferred
• Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving and load & unload procedures
• Ability to handle weight safely in the workplace while adhering to safe lifting practices
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus but not required—training provided
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial driving and weight handling in the workplace
• Ability to move efficiently between tasks while maintaining safety standards in fast-paced environments
