-Work Full Time

-Run 2-3 in home leads a day

-Have reliable transportation and current Driver's License

-Train yourself to be diligent and persistent

Responsibilities include:

-learn our products and memorize sales pitches

-negotiate with clients

-prepare and present sales contracts

-ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

-follow up on sales activity

**This position requires no cold calling. We provide you with the leads (by scheduled appointment only), all you have to do is close the deal and get paid!**

Education and Experience:

-No prior home improvement sales experience? No problem. We have a spectacular training program and can condition the right candidate into a stellar, high-earning sales rep.

Compensation:

-Sales Reps can earn up to 100k annually. Veteran Reps take home 250-400k annually.

-Position is commission based (1099) with huge potential for growth.

-We offer paid weekly training plus commission incentives while building your sales pipeline.
