We are looking for professional, organized, outgoing people in the Fort Wayne, IN area with high integrity to be an in-person market researcher. NO SALES involved ever.

DESCRIPTION
This is a PART-TIME contract position for 2 to 3 days each month on an ongoing basis. The days and hours on these days will vary, so you must have a flexible schedule.

Work for 2026 is only in August & September - 8/5-8/6 and 9/18-9/19. Starting in January 2027, the project will be 12 months in duration. You will receive the schedule for the year in January so you can plan.

On-site at the client's business, you will approach patrons who are in a waiting area, ask them to participate, then distribute a tablet survey to them after gaining their agreement. Survey participation is approximately 75-85%. Most people agree to take the survey, but you need to be comfortable with some declining to participate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma (some college preferred)
• Professional in conduct, appearance, and speech
• Excellent English-speaking skills
• Very organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
• High accuracy inputting information
• Energetic with a strong work ethic and high integrity
• Outgoing, positive, and friendly demeanor with a “can do” attitude
• MUST be available for 2 to 3 scheduled project days each month on different days (including both weekdays and weekends) on an ONGOING basis
• Available early morning and into the evening, as needed
• Able to walk and stand up to 6 hours/day with breaks
• Reliable transportation and on-time arrival each day
• Clean background - client will conduct a background check on-site
• 5+ years’ work experience of any kind
• Three professional references (Please have these ready!)
• Must commit to at least 6 months

This is a 1099 position.
