• Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) certification
• Must be well versed in Professional billing including, but not limited to:

o WQ routing build

o Statements

o Claims

o Remittance

o Payment posting

o Credit work queues

o General Ledger

• Must be willing to work in team focused environment
• Must be able adhere to the build documentation and testing requirements set forth by the team
• Must be willing to work 1:1 with Patient Financial Services (PFS) leadership for testing
• Must be highly self-motivated to keep up with large ticket volume in a fast-paced environment
• Charge Router experience is preferred
• FQHC or Rural Health Billing experience is preferred
• Available to work Pacific Time (8 am – 5 pm PST) is preferred
