Job Title: Hardware-In-Loop (HIL) Engineer
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (On-Site)
Duration- 12+ Months
Pay range- $39/hr to $42/hr

Job Summary: We are representing this company in the search for a Hardware-In-Loop (HIL) Engineer who will support the setup, integration, maintenance, and validation of HIL test systems used across power electronics, energy storage, and control system development. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help strengthen product verification efforts through hardware/software integration, test automation, and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, integrate, maintain, and validate HIL test systems.
• Develop HIL models and configure test environments to support product verification activities.
• Automate test execution and support ongoing test workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with controls, firmware, system, and hardware engineering teams on hardware/software integration.

Required:

• Hands-on experience with HIL platforms, such as, OPAL-RT.
• Experience in test automation.
• Experience with hardware/software integration.
• Ability to support development and verification efforts for power electronics, energy storage, and control systems.

Pay: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour

• Hardware/ software integration: 3 years (Preferred)
