B&B RV Service & Repair, a division of Arbo-Tec Inc., is seeking a dependable, motivated RV & Mobile Home Technician to join our growing team. We are a full-service repair facility providing both in-shop and mobile service throughout Northern California.

Responsibilities

As an RV & Mobile Home Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade a wide variety of RV and manufactured home systems, including:

• Refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, stoves, and air conditioning systems
• Plumbing systems, water pumps, holding tanks, and propane appliances
• 12-volt and 120-volt electrical systems
• Batteries, converters, inverters, generators, and solar systems
• Slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, roofs, windows, and structural components
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and customer-requested upgrades
• Install replacement parts, appliances, and accessories
• Provide mobile on-site service when required
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• RV technician experience is preferred, but not required.
• Candidates with experience in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, marine, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding, fabrication, construction, or general mechanical repair are strongly encouraged to apply.
• We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid California driver's license
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy parts and equipment
• Comfortable working both in the shop and on mobile service calls
