Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately packing and preparing customer orders for shipment, maintaining organized inventory levels, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. This role supports the smooth flow of materials, including restocking refrigerated products and managing packaging supplies.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders in accordance with company standards and shipping requirements.
• Restock inventory, including refrigerated products, ensuring proper rotation and temperature control.
• Maintain accurate inventory of packaging materials and notify management of low stock levels.
• Assist in unloading and organizing incoming deliveries of materials and supplies.
• Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
