Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Traffic Signal and Intersection Lighting projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial electrical construction, estimating, project planning, and field operations, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and client relationships. This role requires expertise in traffic signal projects, proficiency with Bluebeam and Accubid, and a commitment to delivering quality projects while building long-term customer partners

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Fullerton Corporate Headquarters and/or designated project job sites.

Job Duties:

• Oversee, direct, and be able to project electrical projects from beginning to end
• Read and understand weekly labor report, project and influence field labor
• Cn adapt to SASCO forms, systems, reports, means and methods
• Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 5-10 yrs of experience as an Electrical PM- hard bid & design build commercial electrical projects
• 1-5+ yrs managing Traffic Signal projects
• Large commercial projects (3M+) experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction industry standards
• Proficient in Bluebeam
• Estimating experience required. Accubid preferred
• Strong manpower skills
• Field experience prior to moving into the office is desired, but not required.
• Ability to read plans, estimate and run project from A - Z.
• Experience working with appropriate agencies for permitting.
