Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order processing.
• Maintain records of customer requests and needs to completion..
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and procedures and make suggestions for areas of improvement.
• Scheduling customer appointments and sending reminder messages
• Receiving product from distributors
• Monitoring Stock levels
• Assist with the over all customer experience, including keeping a clean and organized environment.
• Receiving product from distributors
• Monitoring stock product levels
• And so on...

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with others.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop oneself.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Data entry and experience with google, gmail etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
