Overview:
We are seeking a Crane Parts Personnel to join our team. As a Parts Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department by managing and organizing quotes, parts, RFQ's cost sheets etc. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment..

Job Description:

• Must be local to the Houston, TX Area
• Must pass background and Homeland Security E-Verify

· Efficient at researching parts from vendors

· Procurement of parts

· Updating excel of costs of parts of each job

· Placing orders

· Tracking returns of parts to vendors for credit

· Providing quote to customers

· Communicating all updates and concerns to Lead and Parts Manager

Experience and knowledge of:

o Gearboxes

o Pumps

o Motors

o Winches

o Brakes

o Wire-Rope

o Crane Parts

· Strong work ethic

· Verbal and written communications skills

· Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

· Strong Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Accuracy

Organizational and tracking ability

· Must be efficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Minimum of 2 years Parts Sales experience.

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour Depending on Experience
