Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Manager of Retail Sales to lead our growth with national retail accounts and specialty retail. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the retail sales strategy, owning the line review and category management calendar, driving revenue growth, building customer and broker relationships, and positioning the Top Cup as the sustainable beverageware of choice in homes and businesses across America.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & National Accounts Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan aligned to company volume and revenue goals
- Own and lead the sales strategy for all national retailers including mass, grocery, club, and specialty channels. Accounts include, but are not limited to: Target, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Albertsons, AHOLD, HEB, Publix, Meijer, Winn-Dixie, KeHE, UNFI, DOT, and more.
- Lead the annual line review and category line review process, including the brand portfolio rollout to brokers and retailers, to gain distribution and shelf space.
- Plan and execute licensed and seasonal programs that drive retail volume, including NFL, NCAA / college, and holiday in-and-out sets.
- Develop and manage current and new broker and agency relationships to ensure best in class partnership, store-level and market analysis, and consistent volume growth.
- Manage trade budget, promotional activity, and profitability for each account and channel.
- Own pricing execution by account, including price increases and the required 60 to 90 day customer notifications, in partnership with finance.
- Manage retailer deductions, claims, and invoice disputes to protect margin and cash, partnering with finance and customer fulfillment.
- Create sales story, incentives and tools to get incremental space within the US retail market.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning, forecasting and account-specific programs with marketing, finance, operations, and customer fulfillment teams.
- Build the plan to win and execute in specialty retail, liquor, hardware/DIY, and sporting goods channels.
- Deliver the strategy and execution of trade, promo and shopper marketing, inclusive of retail media networks and commerce platforms.
- Drive new distribution, shelf placement, and promotional planning to accelerate sales and brand visibility.
- Analyze customer and channel performance using syndicated data (e.g., Circana / Nielsen) and retailer portals (e.g., Walmart Retail Link); recommend corrective actions and growth strategies.
- Lead and develop internal team members and agency/broker partners supporting retail.
- Work with the brand and product teams to ensure tailored merchandising, shopper activity, and packaging for each channel.
Leadership & Strategic Impact
- Report to the Sr. Director and contribute to the overall commercial strategy and business planning process.
- Identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and innovation opportunities to influence product development and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations to align priorities and execution.
- Represent Oasis Venture Holdings in joint business planning meetings, industry trade shows, and external customer engagements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales, commercial and marketing leadership roles, preferably in CPG or consumer durable goods.
- Proven track record of managing national retail accounts and driving measurable revenue growth; strongly preferred experience of managing and scaling in specialty retail, sporting goods, liquor/or and hardware channels.
- Experience leading retailer line reviews and managing trade promotion, pricing, and deduction / claims processes.
- Working knowledge of trade-spend management tools, syndicated data, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP / NetSuite).
- Self-starter, ready to contribute to a high-growth brand.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decision-making.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
