Service Sales Representative

Con-Vey, an industry leader in industrial automation, is looking for a Service Sales Representative to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon. In this role, you’ll develop relationships with local customers, quote & coordinate service work from release through the shop floor. You’ll evaluate manufacturability, balance internal capacity, and collaborate closely with Planning/Scheduling, Purchasing, and Shop Supervisors to support on-time, high-quality delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 8-10 hours/day Monday-Friday with occasional weekend/on-call coverage required
• Travel to customer locations in southern Oregon via company vehicle, dropping off completed work, picking up new work to quote
• Evaluate manufacturability and determine make-versus-buy decisions based on capacity, capability, and schedule requirements
• Once quote is approved, process jobs and distribute work through the manufacturing process using cut lists and work orders
• Handling emergency breakdown calls from customers at all hours, any day of the week as necessary
• Prepare, print, and fold supporting documentation and drawings as needed
• Coordinate with Shop Supervisors, Planning/Scheduling, and Purchasing, on job status, bought-out parts, subcontracted components, and key dates
• Support efficient workflow while maintaining quality, safety, and accurate records

• Demonstrated dependability, integrity, and professionalism

o Personable, outgoing personality who can build and maintain customer relationships

• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Clean driving record, ability to obtain valid Oregon Drivers License, drive light to medium duty vehicles & pull trailers up to 30’
• CAD experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office, Vault, TruView, and the ability to become proficient in Con-Vey’s manufacturing software

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
