Join our Integration Center team to help streamline and strengthen engineering operations by transforming key workflows into clear, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and practical support materials. In this hands-on role, you’ll partner directly with engineers to observe day-to-day processes, document step-by-step procedures, and create process maps and templates that improve consistency, quality, and onboarding efficiency. By the end of the internship, you’ll deliver a suite of approved SOPs and actionable process improvement recommendations—creating immediate, measurable impact.

Today, many critical engineering workflows are executed inconsistently or lack formal documentation, leading to inefficiencies, slower onboarding, and increased risk of errors. This project is an opportunity to modernize how work gets done—building standardized SOPs, templates, and training assets that scale knowledge, improve communication, and drive consistency across teams.
