The Opportunity

We're recruiting experienced SAT Prep Instructors to deliver dynamic virtual instruction to motivated test-takers. If you have a strong track record of helping students achieve higher SAT scores and you're energized by test-prep pedagogy, this role offers flexible, rewarding work during the months when students need it most.

This position is ideal for accomplished educators, test-prep specialists, or high-performing professionals looking to earn supplemental income with a stable, predictable schedule.

What You'll Do

• Craft Strategic Lessons: Design engaging, College Board-aligned instruction that covers SAT Math and/or Evidence-Based Reading & Writing with proven test-taking strategies
• Teach Small, Focused Groups: Deliver synchronous instruction to cohorts of 1–12 students, allowing for personalized attention and real-time support
• Build Test Confidence: Help students master time-management, develop problem-solving fluency, and approach standardized testing with genuine confidence
• Provide Detailed Feedback: Give constructive, actionable feedback on practice tests, assignments, and homework that drives measurable score gains
• Stay Current: Maintain expertise in the digital SAT format and emerging test-prep best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven SAT Teaching Background: Demonstrated classroom or tutoring experience instructing SAT Math and/or SAT Evidence-Based Reading & Writing in a credible educational setting. Evidence of expertise must be clearly documented on your résumé (prior SAT instruction, high personal test scores, certifications, etc.)
• Digital SAT Mastery: Deep familiarity with the digital SAT format and its unique testing environment
• Virtual Teaching Excellence: Highly proficient with Zoom, Google Classroom, digital whiteboards, and other online learning platforms
• Geographic Flexibility: Welcome applications from both US and Canada-based educators
• Scheduling Reliability: Committed to consistent availability during peak demand hours (after-school and weekends, September through May)
