Rivers Edge Restoration LLC is a small, established, family-owned West Michigan company. We do real restoration work, we stand behind it, and we treat our people like part of the family. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to own jobs from first scope to final closeout — and to make sure every claim we touch is collected at its full, fair value.

This is a combined role: you'll estimate, supplement, and run production. If you know how to scope a claim, fight a supplement, and keep crews moving, you'll have real ownership here and a direct line to the owner — no corporate layers, no red tape.

What You'll Do

• Scope and write your own estimates in Xactimate — don't just accept the adjuster's number.
• Identify missed line items and write supplements to recover the full value of each claim.
• Manage jobs through their full lifecycle in AccuLynx, from production scheduling to closeout.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and adjusters; set expectations and keep everyone informed.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks; catch and resolve issues in the field.
• Keep documentation, photos, and records accurate and submission-ready.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on Xactimate experience — scoping estimates and writing supplements (required).
• Hands-on AccuLynx experience — managing production and job flow (required).
• 3+ years in roofing, restoration, or construction project management / estimating.
• Solid understanding of the insurance claims and supplementing process.
• Strong communication and organization — comfortable juggling multiple jobs at once.
• Self-directed and dependable, comfortable splitting time between desk and field daily.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation

• Base pay: $70,000–$80,000/year, based on experience.
• Performance bonus tied to supplement dollars recovered and job profitability — strong earners do well here.
• A stable, owner-operated company with real room to grow into a leadership role.
