Job Overview

We are seeking three highly confident and commanding Armed Security Personnel to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our premises. These roles are perfect for individuals with a strong presence, excellent situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. Working from 11am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off, you will be the first line of defense against potential threats, providing a vigilant and intimidating presence that deters unwanted activity. Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and commanding presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems and perform regular visual patrols of the premises.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including conflicts or security breaches.
• Perform background checks on visitors or contractors as needed to ensure safety compliance.
• Operate security equipment such as Taser devices, AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), and perform CPR when necessary.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting or movement of security equipment or materials.
• Enforce loss prevention strategies by monitoring activity and intervening when suspicious behavior is observed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Valid certification in surveillance techniques, CCTV operation, conflict management, and law enforcement procedures.
• Ability to perform first aid procedures including CPR and AED operation confidently.
• Strong physical fitness with capability for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Knowledge of security tools such as Tasers and CCTV systems; experience with loss prevention is a plus.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Background checks performed thoroughly to ensure trustworthiness and reliability.
